Pop Series

Finding My Focus

I’ve always felt that when life gets heavy or gray or complicated, Pop Art is the best way to snap back into the present. I use saturated colors—those electric yellows and deep blues—because they give the brain a much-needed dopamine hit and a fresh burst of energy. There is something incredibly grounding about the "clean" side of this style, too; the bold black outlines and flat colors offer a sense of order and clarity that realism sometimes lacks. The repetitive, rhythmic practice is deeply satisfying and meditative to me.

The Illness Series

Project Statement:

My two main passions - science and art. Through these pieces I aim to provoke deep conversation, encourage real shared experiences and realized feelings of fragility over the human body. I am immensely proud of this series particularly given this is the first time using alcohol inks. I envision more series like this in the future - perhaps exploring hormone disorders or metabolic ailments.

Miserable Mushroom Series 2025

Project Statement:

Eating Disorders, Schizotypal Disorders, Depression, Personality Disorders, Anxiety, Addiction and Insomnia are among the most common challenges in mental health today - each complex and unique to the individual. I would like to take a hot minute to remind us that everyone faces a battle we do not always see, thus it is essential we are all kind towards one another.

In fact, art and photography is my personal pressure gauge and outlet which keeps a healthy vent on my mental health kettle.

Additional Works

Here lies an assortment of works which I am proud of but do not follow a theme, story or series.
